Using nothing but the freshest ingredients that are sourced locally when possible. We specialize in freshly made sauces that complement our gourmet flatbreads & pasta. We have created several signature flatbreads and pasta dishes that have quickly become everyone's favorite, but we don't want to discourage or intimidate you from creating your own unique flatbread or pasta dish if you prefer to be the chef.
We also have our "Street Sides" like Baked Gorgonzola Stuffed Gnocchi tossed in Olive Oil and Fresh Rosemary and topped with Garlic Panko Crumbs or our Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Bisque to name a couple. Our truck is available for PRIVATE EVENTS like Tailgating, Catering, Kids or Adult Parties, Sports Events, Big Game Parties at your home and pretty much any event we can park it at!! Also if you are a bar or club not serving food we can come to your location as well. We can also have the truck prepared for Kosher events if required.
